All product(s) must be in its original container, unopened, and in reusable, resalable condition (carton and bottle). Damaged product will not be accepted. No Returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Lyflo Select requires authorization of returns before they are shipped to our company. Customers may obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA) from the Customer Service Department - simply call our toll free number 877-834-2377 or email us the return information listed below and we will email a Return Authorization Number.
Returns must be sent to Lyflo Select within five days of receiving the RA number. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packing the product(s) being returned for credit or replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Lyflo Select pre-paid. Tracing shipments and risk of loss are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund shipping charges. Any product(s) returned without a visible RA number will be refused.
