Sleep Harmony

I’m sleeping!! And it is not from taking a prescription sleeping pill!! My medical doctor wanted to prescribe sleeping pills for me. I couldn’t see paying big money for pills to make me sleep so I never filled the prescription. Why should I have to pay big money to sleep when I’m already going to bed exhausted? I would always lie in bed with my mind re-running the days events and continuously thinking about things that needed to be done the next day. Joint Complex

I have had pain in my thumbs and elbow for years. Most likely, this developed through fifteen years as a rubber molder and working on a farm. I have been doing daycare for ten years now. Lifting the babies puts pressure and weight on my thumbs. I am sure it is a combination of carpal tunnel, arthritis, and simply worn out joints.

I’ve been a cook and waitress all my life so I’ve spent a lot of time on my feet. As owner of a restaurant, I handled all the cooking duties and at age 64, that was no easy task. I was to the point that when I got home at night, I would sit in a recliner with an ice pack on my hip because I was in so much pain. I’d been taking glucosamine sulphate tablets because a friend told me that would help. When my daughter-in-law purchased Joint Complex from her chiropractor and recommended that I try it, I thought it would just be the same ol’ thing.
