Q: What makes Lyflo Select nutritional supplements different from the competition?

Q: Who can I contact if I have questions about Lyflo Select products?

Q: Are Lyflo Select products approved by the FDA?

A: No. Nutritional supplements are not regulated by the FDA. The FDA has the authority to issue current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) regulations for dietary supplements. These regulations will help ensure that dietary supplements (and dietary ingredients) are of high quality, do not contain contaminants, and that other conditions are met.

Q: Are Lyflo Select products safe for pregnant or nursing mothers?

A: You should consult your health care provider prior to using any supplements if you are pregnant or nursing.

Q: Do any of the products pose problems for a person taking any medications?

A: When someone is taking medication for any reason, they should consult with their healthcare professional whenever undergoing any supplement program.

Q: What do the numbers on the bottle refer too?

A: There are two different formats you may see. They both refer to the month, year and batch number is which they were made. Examples: 120411: first two numbers represent the month; third & fourth numbers represent the year; the last two numbers represent the batch number (i.e. Batch 11 during December 2004).

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: Lyflo Select partners only with manufacturers who follow the Federal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). Because of the diversity of our product configurations, Lyflo Select utilizes two manufacturing partners located in Texas and Florida. For more information regarding the qualifications of these sites, please contact us. We would be happy to provide you with this information.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

A: The shelf life on our products is two years. However, this guideline should not be viewed as an “expiration date” since most products tend to lose potency after this time and should still be considered effective and safe.

Q: Do products have longer shelf-life if they are unopened?

A: No, the shelf life is the same.

Q: Can the products be taken in the powder form?

A: Although capsules are a convenient means to deliver the supplements, it is not necessary to leave the product in the capsule if you prefer to take the product in the powder form.
