Q: What are your shipping charges?

A: For all orders, the standard practice of Lyflo Select is to ship via UPS Ground. Special arrangements can be made by speaking with one of our Customer Services Representatives. Shipping charges are added to the invoice at the time of shipment for all phone, fax, mail or emailed orders.

Shipping charges for on-line orders are processed per the dollar amount of the order*

  $0 - $100 $7.95
  $100.01 - $250 $13.95
  $250.01 - $400 $21.95
  $400.01 and higher FREE

These charges are only applicable to shipments within the continental United States. International, Alaska or Hawaii please call our toll free number to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Q: Do you offer overnight delivery service?

A: Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please contact our customer service department at 877-834-2377 to request expedited shipping.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: First time orders are pre paid with a credit card. We except MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Credit terms of 30 days may be established upon approve by completing our credit application. Allow two to three weeks for credit approval with allowances for possible delays when checking references.

Q: What is Lyflo Select’s return policy?

A: Lyflo Select requires authorization of returns before they are shipped to our company. Customers may obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA) from the Customer Service Department— simply call our toll free number 877-834-2377 or email us the return information listed below and we will email a Return Authorization Number.

All returns and exchanges within 90 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 20% administrative/restocking fee. All product(s) must be in its original container, unopened, and in reusable, resalable condition (carton and bottle). Damaged product will not be accepted. No Returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Q: How do I place an order?
